The Gavin & Stacey actress, 40, is said to be "lucky to be alive" after her Range Rover collided with a tree near her Essex home during Storm Arwen.
It is thought that the star was in the car with her boyfriend, Alex Lawler, and nobody was seriously injured, reports The Mirror.
The dog walker passerby has now spoken about seeing the vehicle destroyed, wedged in a tree with the hazard lights flashing.
