The mum-of-three - who retired from competitive swimming in 1994 - impressed fans with a clip of herself doing front crawl over her kitchen counter, before going on to butterfly and breast stroke.
The Silver Olympic medalist of Moscow's 1980 Olympic Games donned professional gear for the clip - wearing a swimsuit, goggles and swim cap.
