dailyrecord.co.ukMet Office has issued two yellow weather warnings for wind and rain which will batter the country over the weekend. Up to 23 hours of gale force winds and torrential downpours will hit on Saturday evening and is expected to last until Sunday afternoon.
The band of heavy rain will be worst in north-east of Scotland and the Highlands, with almost three inches of rain to fall in 12 hours.
