The Scottish Government announced the latest figures this afternoon as the virus continues to spread across the country. 275 people are currently in hospital with 16 requiring intensive care as they battle the bug.
A total of 285,456 Scots have now caught coronavirus since the start of the pandemic with 7,722 deaths recorded.3,816,251people have now had their first dose of the vaccine while 2,722,725 have been doubled jabbed.
It comes as Scots holidaymakers will be able to travel to the likes of Ibiza and Majorca without the need to self-isolate upon their return to Scotland from today.
