A decision on whether Russian president Vladimir Putin will attend the COP26 climate conference in Glasgow next month has not been taken yet.
The Russian ambassador to the UK said he understands a decision has not been made on whether or not the Russian leader will attend the crucial United Nation summit between November 1 and 12.Andrei Kelin added his country would send a "large delegation" to the conference which will be attended by more than 140 world leaders including US President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Kelin said: "We will send a large delegation and believe me it will be a delegation that will consist of more than 200 people."The government will be represented at a very high level."He defended Russia's efforts to
