Rugby league legend Bobbie Goulding said he is "scared now" for the first time in his life after being diagnosed with early onset dementia at the age of 49.The former England international was one of the best half-backs around at the height of his career, but struggled with addictions to drink and drugs in retirement.A car crash was the wake-up call he needed to change his ways and he has spent the last few years building his personal training business in St Helens.But he has now suffered a cruel setback in the shape of his dementia diagnosis, as he becomes the latest former rugby league professional to reveal he has the disease.Despite admitting to an increase in mood swings and forgetfulness in recent times, Goulding says the diagnosis.
