A victim of the Rochdale child-sex gang feels "betrayed" by the government after finding out three abusers are still in town – despite being stripped of their British citizenship.
The men lost their right to remain in the UK two years ago after a they were convicted of child sex offences. Yet despite no longer having rights to stay in the UK, they are still to be deported.
The Sunday Mirror reports that the girl who blew the whistle on taxi driver Qari Abdul Rauf and his accomplices explained how distressed she is knowing her abusers live nearby.
He and the other two, Abdul Aziz, 49, and Adil Khan, 50, also reportedly live nearby after also being freed from jail. They were locked up in 2012, but reportedly remain in Rochdale.
