dailystar.co.ukA young girl has been found starved but alive in a hotel room – six years after she was abducted from her father's home. Penelope Inks's mum Heather – a former actress dubbed the "Nude Model Kidnapper" by the FBI – allegedly snatched her little girl when she was just nine-years-old.
She was discovered at a hotel in Madisonville, Texas, earlier this month weighing less than five-and-a-half stone at the age of 16.
She had been fed a diet of mostly Dr Pepper and candy, said Philip Klein, a private investigator hired by Penelope's dad, Kevin, to find her.
Penelope is now in care of child protective services, and will be returned to her father after receiving mental and physical health assessments.
