Hearts lifted the Championship trophy on Saturday evening. Having secured their top flight return at the first time of asking, and with room to spare, Robbie Neilson will now start planning for next season.

For a club the size of Hearts just treading water in the Premiership will never be acceptable, as fans demand their side compete at the top end of the division.

It's a situation Neilson has been in before though, and that gives us some clues about how he'll prepare his side for their return.Here are four priorities for their Premiership comeback.Neilson and then director of football Craig Levein weren't shy of splashing the cash the last time Hearts were promoted.
