Arsenal have parted ways with Head of Football Raul Sanllehi, replacing him with managing director Vinai Venkatesham. The pair shared the CEO role for two-and-a-half years, with Venkatesham focusing more on the business side of the club and Sanllehi running the football side.The Spaniard is known for utilising agents to get deals over the line and came in for criticism earlier this year after the club's failure to get a number of players to commit their futures to Arsenal.Since Joe Willock signed a new long-term deal on September 12, 2019, it took 293 days for another member of the first team to put pen to paper on a new contract.Bukayo Saka eventually agreed a new deal on July 1, with fellow youngster Gabriel Martinelli extending his deal.
