Fiscal depute Joanne Ritchie told Perth Sheriff Court: "The location is Ballathie House Hotel in Kinclaven and its surrounding grounds.

He was at the hotel with his former co-accused."There was a separate incident involving [James] Clark, who is now deceased, and police were called.
