Richard Flood, who plays Dr. Cormac Hayes on Grey’s Anatomy, has confirmed that he is leaving the show.

The final episode with Hayes aired on Thursday (March 3) after it was revealed last week that the character would be moving away. Richard opened up about his exit in a new interview and explained how he feels about saying goodbye to the character.
