Prior to the broadcast of the second of three episodes on Tuesday evening, the announcer said live on air that "Martin Sheen" would be playing Millionaire host Chris Tarrant in Quiz.
But with the Welsh native watching the show from the comfort of his own home – he quickly picked up on the name faux pas. Fuming with the wrong name, he exclaimed: "Hey @ITV the least you can do is get my name right in your trailers FFS."
