Kai Havertz has told to ignore interest in from Liverpool because he is 'in good hands' at Bayer Leverkusen. That is the verdict from Michael Ballack, who played for the club over two different spells.
Havertz has been touted as the biggest German talent coming out of the Bundesliga for years. In 2016, he became the youngest-ever debutant in the league at 17, becoming the youngest goalscorer the following season.
He also holds the record for the youngest player to reach 50 and 100 Bundesliga appearances. Now, still just 20, interest is growing in the Germany international, who has scored 38 goals from 139 appearances.
