Princess Charlotte 'wasn't playing by the rules' in cheeky moment with Kate Middleton

royal kids are often seen on their best behaviour during public outings, especially with mum and dad Duke and Duchess of Cambridge - but they don't always follow the rules, say royal photographers.

Samir and Zak Hussein revealed their joy in capturing unplanned moments with the royal children and recalled a cheeky moment between Princess Charlotte and her mother Kate Middleton.

Charlotte, now 6, stunned onlookers after she stuck her tongue out while making an appearance at the King’s Cup regatta in August 2019.

The Duchess reportedly tried to get Charlotte to wave at the crowd by pointing out her father Michael Middleton but instead, the little one pulled a face, reports US Weekly.Photographer Zak said people sometimes miss the opportunity to capture moments like this and said they often make the best pictures.Commenting on the special moment, Zak said: “ She [Princess Charlotte] was with Kate and suddenly there was this huge crowd there gathered to see them and Charlotte just for a split second stuck her tongue out at the crowd.“There’s this great moment where Kate’s just kind of pulling her face laughing and sort of embarrassed by her daughter that stuck her tongue out. "And I think Sam took the picture as well, but a lot of photographers around us didn’t get it because it only happened for a split second.”Samir said the process to get photographs of kids can sometimes be "challenging", but said the job is worth it when capturing distinctive moments.The brothers were inspired by their father Anwar Hussein to be royal photographers.
