Premier League has been made available via Sky Sports, BT Sport, Amazon or free-to-air coverage on the BBC. But the Premier League have grown agitated at essentially giving away their product for free since lockdown.With fans still unable to attend live matches, Premier League clubs are facing millions of lost revenue and broadcasters do not want to pay an increased fee for extra rights to cover more games.The idea is said to be spawned by the Premier League and has earned support from the 14-club majority that is required to pass through the motion, as well as the broadcasters.Crucially, revenue from the streams will go directly into the clubs themselves, rather than networks, and should help to counteract the lost money from lack of fans.
