Part of a busy Salford street has been taped off after a serious assault in the early hours of the morning. A section of Swinton Hall Road, in Swinton, was cordoned off by officers earlier today (November 14) near to the Morrisons supermarket.
Greater Manchester Police says officers were first called out to the scene at 1am following reports of an assault.
