hospitalised after an attack in a street in Kirkcaldy.The 22-year-old man was injured after the alarm was raised over an assault around 3pm this afternoon.Cops swarmed Wilson Avenue in the town and sealed off the street.
Police cars and a van were spotted blocking off an area of the residential street.Officers were seen stationed at the side of the road where tape had been used to seal off a row of houses.The nature of the incident remains unclear at this time.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of an assault around 3pm on Sunday, 12 July, 2020 in Wilson Avenue, Kirkcaldy.“A 22-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.“Enquiries are ongoing.”.
