Police Scotland launch online form for Scots to report coronavirus rule breaches

coronavirus rules through a new online form released by Police Scotland. The force says that it has been experiencing an exceptionally high volume of calls regarding the pandemic since the outbreak in March last year.A new form has been launched to alleviate some of the pressure on 999 services to ensure that they are being used for emergency reasons only.

People will be able to report any breaches of the rules relating to individuals, groups of people, businesses or any fraud linked to Covid-19.

Breaches of the rules includes the non-wearing of face masks in indoor public settings, such as supermarkets, or gatherings that go against the law set under the Scottish Government’s alert system.
