manchestereveningnews.co.ukPolice arrested an alleged drugs trafficker on his birthday after spending seven years hunting him. David John Walley, was celebrating his 45th birthday when he was arrested by Greater Manchester Police at a property in Cheshire.
Walley, from Stockport, was wanted by the National Crime Agency for the alleged trafficking of cocaine and MDMA and possession of false identity documents since 2013.
A European Arrest Warrant was issued for him. It is claimed he facilitated the importation of cocaine to Manchester between 2012 and 2013, and that he was in possession of a false identity document in Holland in 2014.
