Germany's plans to finish the season in their top two divisions remain unchanged despite the entire Dynamo Dresden squad being forced into quarantine.
Two players from the 2.Bundesliga club tested positive for coronavirus despite showing no symptoms, with the local health authority forcing all players to return to lockdown.
