'Rugrats' Season 2 Sees the Return of Tara Strong as Dil Pickles: Watch the Trailer

Michael Schneider Variety Editor at LargeFox is bringing “Krapopolis,” its new animated series from “Community” creator and “Rick and Morty” co-creator Dan Harmon, to San Diego Comic-Con next week — where audiences where get their first peek at the upcoming show.That presence will include an outdoor activation at the the Children’s Museum Park (in front of the San Diego Convention Center), as well as a Comic-Con panel, the launch of an Instagram game, artwork on the side of the Omni Hotel, and merch — sold in partnership with Toddland — at Fox’s booth on the convention floor.Set in mythical ancient Greece, “Krapopolis” is set to premiere on Fox in 2023 and centers “centers on a flawed family of humans, gods and monsters that tries to run one of the world’s first cities without killing each other.” The show features the voices of Hannah Waddingham (“Ted Lasso”), Richard Ayoade (“The IT Crowd”), Matt Berry (“What We Do in The Shadows”), Pam Murphy (“Mapleworth Murders”) and Duncan Trussell (“The Midnight Gospel”). Harmon, executive producer and showrunner Jordan Young, supervising director Pete Michels and stars Berry, Murphy and Trussell, will be a part of the comedy’s Comic-Con panel (moderated by Variety TV editor Michael Schneider) in room 6BCF at the San Diego Convention Center on Saturday, July 23, at 2:45 p.m.

Sally Dynevor has revealed she's excited for her character's saucy new storyline on Coronation Street - after winning a BAFTA TV Award with her ITV soap.The actress, 58, has played Cobbles regular Sally Metcalfe on Corrie since 1986, so she's already been involved in a ton of action-packed plots.However, it's been confirmed she's set to star in intimate scenes with her on-screen husband Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) in the aftermath of the cabbie's heart operation.And it appears she's thrilled to be able to act in the upcoming scenes that she says are both 'comical and serious' in nature.Tim recently had to go in for triple heart bypass surgery which was brought forward after Sally saw him collapse.But been struggling to get it on with his other half ever since he had the major cardio procedure - and his wife Sally feeling sexually frustrated.Her actress Sally was excited to finally be able to speak about her character's intimate sex storyline at the BAFTA TV Awards on Sunday (May 9).Sally went on stage to pick up Corrie's award for Soap and Continuing Drama ad the glitzy London award ceremony, which was hosted by Richard Ayoade.The actress admitted she was rather pleased to be playing a funny sex storyline when speaking exclusively to Daily Star and other press at the winners' press conference. She said: "So Tim's had a bypass and now he's suffering with impotency, so Sally's sexually frustrated.

BAFTAs host Richard Ayoade joked that he only did the hosting job for "money" as he opened the show.The IT Crowd star, 44, spoke today (Sunday, May 8) as he took to the stage to kick off proceedings with a funny speech.Richard also joked that he "doesn't care" who won any of the night's awards and also said that "stars don't trust me".The ceremony marked a return to a full glitz and glamour in-person event, after the awards were disrupted for two years by the pandemic.Comedian, presenter and Richard hosted the event, which celebrated the depth of talent across Britain's TV industry, for the third consecutive year.However, he also joked that this would be his last time hosting the show.Presenters at the star-studded ceremony included Michelle Keegan, Sex Education's Aimee Lou Wood, Giovanni Pernice, Lee Mack, Lorraine Kelly, Martin Freeman, Rochelle Humes, Rose Ayling-Ellis, Suranne Jones, Susanna Reid, Tom Daley and Oscar-winning actress Olivia Coleman.Mocking the back-slapping nature of awards ceremonies, Richard cheekily added: "Nobody works harder than stars.
