Tragic boy, 15, used final words to reveal his killer's names after horror stabbing
stabbed to death saw him reveal the identity of his killers after he was found covered in blood, according to his heartbroken dad.Reece Tansey, from Bolton, Greater Manchester, was stabbed six times after he became involved in a fight near Great Lever Park on May 4 last year.He was found staggering in the street as strangers found him covered in blood and struggling to remain conscious, the Manchester Evening News reports. In his final breath, Reece revealed the names of his killers to the strangers and would later provide the key to the arrests of James White, 16, and Mark Nuttall, 15.The two would later have a conversation where one of them used a laughing emoji after hearing of his death. The boys were previously known as Boy A and Boy B after being given anonymity, but last week Justice Farbey agreed to lift an order made under s45 of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act that restricted the reporting of their identity.Reece’s family say the lifting of the restrictions is a relief as they say the boy would have wanted his killers to be named.Speaking to Manchester Evening News, Reece’s dad Ian Nice, 47, said: “Now he’s got closure.“It was also hard because we couldn’t put anything on social media. We couldn’t put the names out there, but now it’s a relief.“I know that Reece wanted to carry that on, with them being named.
