THIS Morning's star-studded cast got very merry at the programme's annual Christmas lunch yesterday. Presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond, Gok Wan, Lisa Snowdon and Rochelle Humes were all in attendance as they tucked into a hearty meal and sank many drinks.
