ok.co.ukMollie King is said to have missed out on the chance to replace Holly Willoughby as the main host of This Morning, after ITV bosses decided that she 'lacks experience'.
Since former host Phillip Schofield's exit in May 2023, followed by Holly in October, the rumour has been in overdrive as to who will replace the stars as permanent hosts.
Following their departures, ITV have been relying on a rotating roster of presenters, including Josie Gibson, Rylan Clark, Alison Hammond, Dermot O'Leary and Craig Doyle.
Former The Saturdays star Mollie has also presented the show a couple of times late last year, and many viewers were struck by her uncanny resemblance to Holly Willoughby herself.
