The chef, 46, said that he was leaving due to a row over 'complicated' contracts.  Fred has now told The Sun of his new idea for a show: 'I'm reading an incredible book called Black Spartacus, about a guy called Toussaint Louverture who led the revolution in Haiti and I want to do a passion project about him.
