Tame Impala are hosting an exclusive pop-up in London this afternoon (August 24) ahead of their huge All Points East show tomorrow.On Thursday (August 25), Kevin Parker and co. will head to Victoria Park for a massive headline gig.

Public Image Ltd., Dry Cleaning and The Moonlandingz have been announced as part of the first wave of acts for Rockaway Beach 2025.The winter festival will return to Butlin’s in Bognor Regis, West Sussex from January 2 to 4, 2026. Tickets, including three-day festival passes and accommodation packages, are available here.PiL have been confirmed as the first of the three headliners, with two further announcements to come later in the year.

The Maccabees have announced the first support acts for their huge reunion show at All Points East 2025.As confirmed earlier this week, the London band are set to take to stage in the capital’s Victoria Park on August 24 for their first gig together in eight years. The performance will coincide with the 10th anniversary of their fourth and final album, ‘Marks To Prove It’.It was also revealed that The Maccabees would be collaborating with All Points East to curate the full line-up for the day, including “artists that they love, both old and new”.Now, the first wave of opening artists has been shared in the form of Bombay Bicycle Club, The Cribs, Dry Cleaning, Nilüfer Yanya, The Murder Capital, Divorce and Prima Queen.Many more acts are to be announced in the coming months, organisers have promised.

Dry Cleaning have shared a new single titled ‘No Decent Shoes For Rain’, the fourth to be lifted from their forthcoming album ‘Stumpwork’ ahead of its arrival later this month.“‘No Decent Shoes For Rain’ is inspired by grief,” frontwoman Florence Shaw says of the song; a comparatively moody slow-burner following last month’s ‘Gary Ashby’. “Grief over past relationships, grief for loved ones who have died, and all the things that come with that; loneliness, numbness, yearning, ruminating about the past.”The new song arrives alongside a video which compiles footage of the band in the studio and on tour.

The song was the first taster of their upcoming second album ‘Stumpwork’, which will arrive on October 21 and follow their 2021 debut album ‘New Long Leg’.That latter record entered the UK charts at Number Four and landed on many album of the year lists.Now, the next single from the upcoming project has been shared and you can listen to it here.Speaking about the new track, the band said: “The lyrics were partly inspired by phone calls with a friend who was living and working in the Arctic.“The song developed from a keyboard, bass and clarinet jam.
