The star, 57, took to social media to share a peek inside his exercise routine with fans as he lifted himself up and down on gym equipment. In the clip, Gregg displays his very toned back muscles and strength as he pulls himself up.

Reggie Jackson has been winning hearts since he first turned up in Call The Midwife eight years ago. Celebrity Masterchef 2022, which means the stakes are high, but so are the emotions.The BBC One cooking show returned with its four remaining contestants on Tuesday (September 20), but only three could proceed to the grand final on Thursday. The Peckham’s Finest presenter was one of the five stars included in the second week of heats alongside Chris Eubank, Cliff Parisi, Gareth Malone, and Mel Blatt.
