After spending a decade on MTV's iconic reality series Teen Mom 2 stars Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer are moving on with a new show on HGTV.The 30-year-old Houska and 33-year-old DeBoer will star in a new HGTV reality series entitled Farmhouse Fabulous.The show will follow the couple, who married in October 2016 together and share three children together (along with Chelsea's first child, 12-year-old daughter Aubree with her ex Adam Lind), as they start their own renovation and design business.
