The personal trainer for Little Mix star Perrie Edwards has unveiled the star's gruelling regime that helped her gain confidence before her holiday in Ibiza.
Speaking to New magazine, personal trainer Danielle Peazer has discussed the DPM60 training programme that Perrie took part in and praised for allowing her to not "pick herself apart" in photos after her holidays for the first time.
The personal trainer suggests that despite initially "moaning", Perrie soon embraced the two-week programme and developed a love for abs and lower body exercises.
