Paisley has been hit with an urgent improvement notice after inspectors uncovered serious concerns. The Care Inspectorate has given Jenny’s Well care home just 11 days to turn the situation around or face further sanctions.Watchdog inspectors also found failings in residents’ diets and hydration, and home’s overall management and governance.Sight Scotland, which operates the multi-million pound Hawkhead Road site, insists it is working with the authorities to make the improvements.It’s understood the Care Inspectorate took the rare step of issuing an improvement notice following a visit earlier this week.Councillors and health board officials have been made aware of the situation.The damning report also found failings around infection.
