Baby Reindeer creator Richard Gadd has opened up further about his creative process behind the hit Netflix series, and how he viewed his real-life stalker.Earlier this week he appeared alongside co-stars Jessica Gunning and Nava Mau at the Directors Guild of America to speak in a panel with the series’ director Weronika Tofilska and its editor Peter Oliver.The semi-autobiographical series, which was adapted from a one-man play, follows a struggling comedian named Donny (a fictionalised version of Gadd, who created and starred in the show) who is relentlessly stalked by an older woman named Martha (Gunning). With the guidance of his girlfriend, Teri (Mau), Donny attempts to understand and resolve his situation, but is in the process affected by traumatic events of his past.One of the show’s most talked about elements is the nuanced relationship between Donny and Martha, with the protagonist often feeling sorry for his stalker, and even developing some sort of attraction towards her.Gadd has admitted previously that he felt sorry for his real-life stalker, and elaborated on this during the panel.

Kanye West has seemingly scrapped his plans for ‘Yeezy Porn’.The hints that the controversial rapper – who now goes by the name Ye – would be turning his sights to the porn industry arose last month, when TMZ reported that a representative for West had got in touch and claimed that a “Yeezy Porn Studio” was on the horizon.According to the report, the rapper was “dead set” to get the business off the ground, and was in “advanced talks” with new business partner Mike Moz, who is a porn producer and the ex-husband of Stormy Daniels.Shortly afterwards, the artist took to social media to confirm the rumours – posting a six-second clip on X that read “Yeezy Porn Is Cumming”, while a female voice appeared over the top, telling viewers to “go to yeezy.com.”Fuel was then added to the fire when Ye’s reported new business partner Mike Moz revealed that he had been working with the musician to create something “like nothing we’ve ever seen before”.“I’ve been having discussions with Ye about a potential collab between Yeezy brand and my team at Vixen Media Group. Taylor Swift and Scooter Braun is coming out in June.The singer has been re-recording her first six studio albums after Braun’s Ithaca Holdings acquired Scott Borchetta’s Big Machine Label Group, which included Swift’s early work.Now, a two-episode docuseries titled Taylor Swift Vs Scooter Braun: Bad Blood, will premiere on Discovery+ in June 2024.The series, which will consist of two hour-long episodes, will explore the dispute and the lead-up to Swift’s re-recording decision.According to Rolling Stone, the series is set to explore gender dynamics and fandom culture within the music industry.Swift, who has released the re-recordings of four of the six albums as ‘Taylor’s Version’, has been vocal about the dispute over her masters, arguing that she was prevented from bidding on the purchase. 50 Cent has filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend after she accused him of rape online.The defamation case was issued by the rapper against Daphne Joy Narvaez, after the model, entrepreneur and mother of his 11-year-old son accused him of rape on Instagram in March.The two were in a relationship between 2011 and 2013 and, in his recent filing, 50 Cent claims that Narvaez “retaliated” against him and shared “false” rape allegations after discovering that he was planning to seek sole custody of their son.According to reports by Rolling Stone, the rapper decided to file for sole custody in a bid to “protect the interests of his minor child”. It came after he learned of the high-profile lawsuit filed by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, which alleged that Narvaez was a “sex worker” employed by Combs.In response to the accusations by Combs, she shared a post on Instagram reading: “I am deeply hurt by the lies in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit.
