A dad from Manchester who tested positive for coronavirus has shared his experience of living in self-isolation with the illness.
Andrew O'Dwyer, 52, tested positive for COVID-19 after going on a ski trip with friends to the Italian Dolomites in February.
Out of a group of 24, 17 people have tested positive for virus. Some have passed it onto spouses and family members. Andrew, who is from Prestwich but lives in London, is recovering at home in self-isolation after suffering with a fever and breathing difficulties.
He decided to self-isolate immediately after his trip Italy as precaution. In the following days, Andrew and 16 of his friends tested positive for the virus.
