The Ivorian winger played the final ten minutes for United on Thursday night as they thrashed Spanish side Sociedad 4-0 in the first-leg of their Europa League round-of-32 tie.
Amad, 18, only arrived at United last month from Atalanta but has impressed for the club at reserve level and was quickly integrated into the first-team training bubble.
The teenage winger missed out on the Under-23s' win over Arsenal last Friday night through illness and was not included in the match day for the weekend draw with West Brom, but was fit again in time.
