Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Thomas Tuchel was less than happy to see Manchester United's players surrounding referee Stuart Attwell and the pitch-side VAR monitor during the first half at Stamford Bridge.
A Callum Hudson-Odoi handball in the Chelsea penalty area was being investigated after Edouard Mendy produced a fine stop from a Marcus Rashford free-kick.
Attwell had been told of the possible penalty but wasn't able to do anything about it until there was a pause in play. That came a couple of minutes later.
Having not seen the handball at the time, Attwell was forced to view the incident on the pitch-side monitor. United's players soon surrounded the official and screen to make their thoughts clear.
