Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.

A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.

He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.

Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

He operates primarily as a central midfielder, but can also be deployed as an attacking midfielder, defensive midfielder, and deep-lying playmaker.

Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba will both be ready to go when the Premier League returns. England star Rashford had looked set to miss the rest of Manchester United ’s season when he underwent a back operation in January.

And World Cup winner Pogba had similarly undergone a foot operation early in 2020, having missed the majority of matches in the first half of the season.

But following the coronavirus enforced suspension of football across the planet, both have been able to rehab and work their way towards fitness with the idea of still having an impact on the 2019-20 campaign.

Now both men are back in United’s training groups at Carrington. And speaking on Tuesday, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed that the pair are expected to be ready
