Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

In 2017, he signed with Sporting CP where he established himself as one of the best players in the Primeira Liga. He was named the LPFP Primeira Liga Player of the Year in both 2017–18 and 2018–19. In the latter season, he also helped Sporting win the Taça de Portugal. A senior international since 2017, Fernandes represented Portugal at the 2016 Summer Olympics and 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes may need to make sacrifices at Manchester United. That is the view of five-time Premier League winning midfielder Darren Fletcher - who has urged the new team-mates to adapt their styles to complement each other when the season resumes on Friday.

The Red Devils were unbeaten in 11 matches before the break and sit only three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea in the table with nine league fixtures left to play.
