He was Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and Mayor of London from 2008 to 2016. Johnson was Member of Parliament for Henley from 2001 to 2008 and has been MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015. Ideologically, Johnson identifies as a one-nation conservative.

More than 10 million people in the UK have received two doses of a coronavirus vaccine, according to new figures from the Government.

Almost one in five adults in the UK (19 per cent) have now received two jabs. A real-world study by Public Health England suggests the vaccines saved more than 10,000 lives between December and March, in addition to reducing hospitalisations.
