Number of children using foodbanks more than doubles during lockdown

The number of children using foodbanks has increased by 122% compared to last year. Emma Revie, chief executive of the Trussell Trust charity, told the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (EFRA) Committee on Friday that more and more families were going without food.
