Nicola McLean has defended her pal Rebekah Vardy and believes' the star did not leak any stories to the press.The outspoken star has been one of Rebekah’s loudest allies throughout to cut-throat trial, and has spoken out yet again about her innocence in a defiant post on her Instagram.The mum-of-four was asked by one of her 257k followers in a question and answer session: “Do you still believe Rebekah didn’t leak stories??”READ NEXT: Danielle Lloyd on surgery ban by husband Michael after near-death operating table ordealNicola replied: “I stand by Becky all the way.”Yet despite the judge’s verdict ruling in Coleen’s favour, Nicola has continued to support her friend, and insists the hate towards her “needs to stop”.Rebekah revealed how vile trolls sent sick death threats to husband Jamie as she battled her Wagatha Christie court case.The mum-of-five, 40, slammed those involved and admitted she draws the line at people attacking her family during the libel case.It was revealed in July that there would be a Channel 4 documentary on the showdown, titled Vardy v Rooney: A Courtroom Drama.Nicola says that she has already filmed scenes for the upcoming TV show.She told Closer, “I’ve taken part in the documentary – I don’t think this story is ever going to end.“Rebekah is not happy with the outcome, but I’m glad it’s over for many different reasons.
