NHS worker has been left distraught after his car was targeted in an apparent homophobic acid attack. Greg Mahony was at home with husband Andy Pielorz when the couple's Honda Civic was badly damaged by a masked thug.The unknown attacker splashed a corrosive liquid all over the silver motor as it was parked in the driveway at their home in Port Seton, East Lothian, at around 1.15am on Monday.

Greg, who works with NHS Lothian helping the blind and deaf with interpretation and translation services, believes the attack was due to his sexuality has admitted he has now been left "feeling unsafe" in his own home.
