Holidaymakers arriving from the UK will need to provide proof that they have received both doses of the Covid vaccine or evidence of a negative PCR test.
The Covid test must have been taken within 48 hours before arrival and the second vaccine must have been given 14 days before entry into the country.
Scots can request download their vaccine certification through the NHS Scotland website, or request a paper copy. Requests for a print version of the certification must be made “well in advance” of travel as they can take up to 14 days to arrive at an address.
New rules imposed by the Spanish Government will come into effect from 12am on July 2, according to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office ( FCDO ).
