By Patrick Hipes Executive Managing Editor Results of an independent autopsy report on the death of George Floyd maintained that Floyd died of “sustained pressure on the right side of Floyd’s carotid artery impeded blood flow to the brain, and weight on his back impeded his ability to breathe.” It also found that the victim had Fentanyl in his system.
The second autopsy was conducted at the request of Floyd’s family. The results were released by the family’s lawyer, Benjamin Crump.
