New electrical feeder station placed near Paisley to help cut carbon footprint

An electrical feeder station in the Paisley area has now been put in place as it becomes the first of several for Scotland’s railway. Don't miss the latest headlines from around Renfrewshire.

Sign up to our newsletters here. The station is part of a Scottish Government-backed project to help enhance Scotland’s railway by improving the resilience and reliability of the infrastructure and it will become operational in September.
