Myleene Klass 'embarrassed' over painful knee injury days before first performance

Myleene Klass has confessed she's a little "embarrassed" about a knee injury she suffered during training for Dancing On Ice.

The singer and presenter will be taking to the ice for her first live performance on the show on Sunday evening. But the star is skating through a meniscus injury, which she confessed is "very painful".

She's also a little embarrassed, she confessed, because it's "not very sexy" with her revealing her knees have gone. The 42-year-old presenter revealed on social media that she is wearing knee supports on both legs, even when she is not on the ice, in a bid to keep her training on schedule.

She has a torn meniscus – a cartilage in her knee – which will only heal fully once it is rested while her “dodgy second knee”
