Myleene Klass reveals painful broken toe and torn cartilage after leaving Dancing On Ice

Myleene Klass had to go to hospital after she was left with a painful broken toe and torn cartilage in her knee this week. The former Hear'Say star, 42, took to her Instagram account as she filmed her big toe wrapped up in a bandage as she sat on her hospital bed, before her knee was seen to by a doctor.

She captioned the first post "broken toe" and chose to play the Justin Timberlake song Sexy Back over the top of the clip. Another video showed a doctor putting gel on her knee, and she captioned the clip: "Torn Meniscus." The meniscus is a C-shaped piece of cartilage in the knee joint, which acts as a cushion between the thigh and shinbone.
