dailystar.co.ukDana White has explained why Ottman Azaitar has been cut from the organisation. Azaitar was due to fight Matt Frevola at UFC 257 on Saturday night, though was removed following a security violation.
Frevola has been rescheduled to face Arman Tsarukyan in the prelims with Conor McGregor ’s fight with Dustin Poirier headlining the main card.
Though for undefeated lightweight Azaitar, the UFC days are over with White left fuming at the security violation. The fight chief told BT Sport : "Yeah it's pretty amazing actually. "So he and his team cut off their wristbands, gave them to somebody outside the bubble - I don't know how they even did it - that guy taped them and showed up here with a bag."He went into a room, shimmied across four.
