Telly star Sharon Osbourne wants to be Sharon Airborne – and become the first person to own a flying car. And the former X Factor judge says she would use her elevated status to snoop on people.

She revealed her high hopes after General Motors unveiled plans for a futuristic flying Cadillac in an animated film earlier this month.

But while the car giant’s one-seater prototype is aimed at helping drivers to dodge traffic, Sharon 68 has other uses in mind.

She said: “I think it is such a fabulous idea. Can you imagine going past high- rise hotels and apartments looking at everybody, at what they are doing? “I would love it.
