Paying tribute to the 35-year-old, her mum and stepdad told the Sun she had gone through a tough year. Her stepdad Steve Ball, 54, said she had found lockdown hard after being furloughed from her job at TK Maxx.He said: “The Covid thing was doing her head in.
First she was furloughed because they closed TK Maxx down."She was on furlough and stuck at home with the kids all day long because they shut the school down after that.
