The heartbroken mum of a man who died after being held down by "excessive" security guards has said she holds the men "responsible" for her son's death.
Jack Barnes, 29, suffered a cardiac arrest following the incident in Victoria Station, Manchester in 2016 - which a coroner has now ruled as an unlawful killing.
An inquest heard that the dad-of-one was kept on the ground by four Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) after allegedly being caught smoking inside the station.
The men, who worked for an external company, had been instructed to follow a "walk away policy" over unserious incidents but still chased Jack for nine minutes, Hull Live reports.
